Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Kempers Recruiting & Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the North-West Germany region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
- Proven track record of sales success in the IVD market, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or equivalent).
