Inside Sales Representative German Speaking

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Central Sales Teams in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls or emails to present our products, workspaces, and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present our products, workspaces, and services to customers to help them find the right solution for their business
  • Work with customers who have terminated their contract to try to retain them by offering another solution based on their new needs
  • Follow up on new client journeys from week one to ensure they are satisfied, get referrals, up-sell, cross-sell, and ensure the best customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management over the phone, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent customer orientation and proven negotiation skills
  • Team player with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Motivated to meet and exceed targets
  • Flexibility to adjust in a changing environment
