About the Role
Kaltura is expanding its EMEA Sales Development team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth and revenue. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leveraging sales strategy, prospecting skills, and process to generate leads and qualify them for in-depth conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize sales skills via phone, email, and social media to gauge and influence interest in Kaltura's solutions and qualify leads for further discussion.
- Position the value of Kaltura's solutions to stakeholders at Enterprise companies, Universities, and Colleges.
- Manage inbound leads from various sources, including the website, webinars, and events.
- Identify and pursue key stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Consistently meet and exceed SDR quotas for scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute prospecting strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of Kaltura's solutions and be positioned for growth to a closing role or other position.
Requirements
- Native or native-level German language proficiency.
- At least 6 months of sales development experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- A process-driven individual who can organize and prioritize their prospect list.
- A sales strategic mindset.
- Solid verbal and written sales skills.
- A team player and self-starter.
