The purpose of this role is to collaborate with clients and media owners to drive creative, innovative, and effective content solutions forward, provide support and assistance in managing client proposals, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage clients and their advisory and planning teams with strategic autonomy.
- Forecast and manage the performance of assigned clients.
- Independently manage daily operations and provide guidance on new product development.
- Provide input for new product development in briefings and media plans, and monitor booked products.
- Prepare contractual project documents.
- Internal product marketing (creation of marketing materials, promotion, and visibility of products within the agency).
- Support sales teams in new customer pitches.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales or a similar position, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work quickly.
- Negotiation skills and persuasion.
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools is an asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in networking events.
