IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Manager to join our team at IT International Mobility. As an IT Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect new clients and identify business opportunities in the IT sector
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, meeting their recruitment needs efficiently
- Recruit and select specialized IT profiles, matching talents with the needs of our clients
- Manage and support the hired consultants, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the client
Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Business Manager (1 – 3 years) or in a senior recruitment role within the IT sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates
- Knowledge of the IT market and its specificities, as well as familiarity with the most sought-after profiles and technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
