Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Support-Spezialisten, der sich auf die Lösung von Problemen in unserem VoIP-Umfeld spezialisiert hat. Der perfekte Kandidat sollte eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik haben und erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position besitzen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu unserer gesamten Produktpalette per E-Mail oder Telefon
  • Lösung oder Aufbereitung der Anfragen zur Weitergabe an andere Teams / Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Partner bei der Problemanalyse und Lösungsfindung in Produkt-, Netzwerk- und Anwendungsfragen im VoIP-Umfeld
  • Dokumentation von Bugs und Workarounds
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd und 3rd Level Bereich
Dein Profil
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation
  • Ausgeprägter Service-Gedanke sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Kundengespräch
  • Erfahrungen mit VoIP-Telefonanlagen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
  • Gründliches und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
