Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Starface GmbH. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners, resolving issues related to our VoIP solutions, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners via email and phone
  • Resolve issues related to our VoIP solutions, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Document bugs and workarounds
  • Work closely with our 2nd and 3rd level support teams
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Bereich Telekommunikation
  • Ausgeprägter Service-Gedanke sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Kundengespräch
  • Ernstliche Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
  • Gründliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
