About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for Plancraft GmbH. As the Head of Marketing and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth
  • Manage and allocate a significant marketing budget to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of marketers to scale marketing operations and support the growth of our business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company-wide goals
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and budgets
  • Experience in B2B marketing, leveraging B2C strategies to address a broad B2B target audience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong background in SaaS and brand marketing
  • C1 Level in German and English
