Our team strives to inspire and empower our employees in everything we do. We're looking for a Regional Product Manager Australien/Neuseeland Fruits who can help drive growth opportunities for our product portfolio globally.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing the global assortment of your B2B product category to ensure it's complete, competitive, and profitable.
  • You will analyze defined key performance indicators and customer feedback to feed back into the product roadmap.
  • You will collaborate with regional product managers and regional heads to push your product categories in destination markets.
  • You will work closely with Application, R&D, Pricing, and Supply Chain (Plant Management) to ensure your portfolio meets market needs and trends.
  • You will develop and cultivate best practices, way of working, and tools for the business unit 'Fruits & Vegetables'.
  • You will support sales teams by actively engaging in customer visits, projects, and briefings to share specific product and market know-how.

About You:

  • You have a successful track record as a product manager or related commercial role in the food & beverage or related industry, ideally in a B2B business environment and/or with a focus on commodities.
  • You hold a degree in food technology, general business administration, or a similar qualification.
  • You possess analytical capacity to dive deep into data pools like sales results, market intelligence data, draw conclusions, and translate them into actions.
  • You have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • You are an integrative personality with the ability to work in a matrix organization with many stakeholders.
  • You can deal with ambiguity, manage change, and multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • You have a strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentality.
  • You possess excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • You are willing to travel globally up to 20% of the working time.
  • You are fluent in English and German; other additional languages are welcome.
