As a Service Product Manager, you'll be responsible for enabling service operational and commercial success of defined product groups. This involves supporting product development, commercial launch excellence, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong market and customer understanding through VOC to identify customer pain points and define valuable features and product requirements for new or existing products.
  • Represent service within product development process to ensure technical design for service supports operational and commercial success.
  • Manage service risk and opportunities of product portfolio throughout product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate between project management, product management, R&D, operations, supply chain, global service functions, and regional service teams to drive NPI projects forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical competency with 5+ years experience in customer facing service, product management, or strategic marketing role, preferably in the life science industry.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multi-national, multi-function team in a large matrix organization.
  • Ability to actively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to translate market, customer and internal service requirements into clear and concrete product design characteristics as well as commercial strategies.
  • Very good communication skills in English.
