As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include consulting with customers via our help center, supporting them throughout our services, and communicating with partners to provide top-notch customer service. You'll be the voice of the customer, transferring requirements and potential issues to our product team to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll contribute to setting up, running, and maintaining our daily, weekly, and monthly operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Requirements:**

* Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
* Highly organized with the ability to maintain overview of large amounts of data
* Willing to take ownership and proactively responsibility of topics
* Analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges
* Proficiency in Excel is a must
* Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus
* Availability for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible
