Beschreibung der Position:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in Kempen. Als Teil unseres technischen Supports werden Sie Kunden und Vertriebs-/Servicepartner bei der Lösung technischer Probleme unterstützen.

Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Lösung von technischen Problemen bei der Anwendung von ConverterTec-Produkten und -Systemen in Kundenanlagen.
  • Kooperation mit technischen und kaufmännischen Mitarbeitern zur Lösung von technischen Problemen.
  • Technische Beratung und Schulung von Kunden und Vertriebs-/Servicepartnern.
  • Erstellung von Anwendungshinweisen und Fehlerbehebungen für Produkte.
  • Verwaltung einer Produkt- und Kundendatenbank.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenprojekt-Kick-offs und Lessons-Learned-Meetungen mit Technik, Vertrieb und Kunden.

Anforderungen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen Bereich in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Abschluss in einem technischen Bereich mit zusätzlicher einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in der Windkraftbranche.
  • Umfassendes Verständnis der Produkte und ihrer Anwendung sowie der Fehlersuche in Kundensystemen.
  • Fähigkeit zur Lösung komplexer Probleme und zur Fehlersuche, auch bei unvollständigen Informationen.
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Fähigkeit zur Schulung und Anleitung von Kundendiensttechnikern, Außendiensttechnikern oder Kundentechnikern.
