Business Development Manager EMEA

OTTO Engineering, a leading provider of innovative two-way radio accessories, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager EMEA to drive sales growth in the military and tactical markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing channel partners, identifying and quoting solutions to achieve sales goals, and providing training and support to channel partners and end users. This role requires a strong understanding of the military and tactical markets, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth in the military and tactical markets across EMEA
- Manage channel partners and identify opportunities to increase sales
- Provide training and support to channel partners and end users
- Conduct customer meetings and attend conferences and trade shows
- Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies
- Assist the Marketing team with the creation of technical materials and communication of new product and promotion ideas
- 5+ years of channel sales management experience
- Military and/or tactical market experience
- Consultative selling skills
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
