Your Responsibilities:
As our Sales Director, you will:
- Develop and design a sales strategy with our Managing Director and implement it.
- Lead our small sales team professionally and disciplinarily.
- Take full responsibility for sales and results.
- Ensure a high level of customer orientation with our sales team.
- Be responsible for the support and further development of existing customers and sales partners, as well as establishing new relationships (national & international) and developing additional sales regions.
- Further develop our product range based on customer requirements and market observations.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses.
- Report directly to management and act as a close strategic partner.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a results-oriented sales personality with leadership skills and team spirit. You should have:
- Several years of solid professional experience with management responsibility, preferably in technical sales.
- Completed technical or commercial training.
- Industry-specific knowledge (printing industry, medical devices) is an advantage, but not a must.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
