Your Responsibilities:

As our Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and design a sales strategy with our Managing Director and implement it.
  • Lead our small sales team professionally and disciplinarily.
  • Take full responsibility for sales and results.
  • Ensure a high level of customer orientation with our sales team.
  • Be responsible for the support and further development of existing customers and sales partners, as well as establishing new relationships (national & international) and developing additional sales regions.
  • Further develop our product range based on customer requirements and market observations.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses.
  • Report directly to management and act as a close strategic partner.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a results-oriented sales personality with leadership skills and team spirit. You should have:

  • Several years of solid professional experience with management responsibility, preferably in technical sales.
  • Completed technical or commercial training.
  • Industry-specific knowledge (printing industry, medical devices) is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
