Responsibilities
Assist with the transition of office locations:
- Coordinate with service providers for tasks such as furniture adjustments and dismantling.
- Aid in clearing out buildings, including managing storage space logistics.
- Provide support in the new location, including training and assistance on various systems like smart storage and access controls.
- Offer general support across all facilities as required in daily operations.
- Help with communication efforts and document preparation related to the relocation and new premises.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel.
- Language proficiency: fluent in German, with English as an advantage.
- Personal attributes: strong team player, highly organized, and creative thinker.
About Your Team
The Global Real Estate & Facilities team manages SAP's extensive real estate portfolio and operational facility management. We position ourselves as an innovative and dependable partner within SAP, developing exceptional workplace and infrastructure solutions that reflect SAP's core values.
Our diverse departments oversee various responsibilities related to building management, services, real estate, and construction management for our office facilities and data centers.
SAP's Global Facility Management oversees all locations in Germany, encompassing over 50 buildings and a total area exceeding 700,000 square meters. This includes the SAP headquarters and various properties across multiple cities.
Your application should include a cover letter, a structured resume, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcripts, copies of any degrees obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer applications/programming languages.
