Responsibilities

Assist in the transition of office locations:

  • Coordination with service providers for furniture adjustments and dismantling.
  • Aid in clearing out buildings, including managing storage space.
  • Provide support in the new location, including training on smart storage solutions, access systems, and parking management.
  • Assist with daily operations across various facilities as required.
  • Help prepare communications and documentation related to the relocation and new premises.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in German, with English as an advantage.
  • Interpersonal skills: collaborative, organized, and innovative.

About Your Team

The Global Real Estate & Facilities team oversees SAP's worldwide real estate assets and operational facility management. We position ourselves as a trustworthy and innovative partner within SAP, crafting exceptional workplace and infrastructure solutions that resonate with SAP's core values.

Our diverse departments manage responsibilities related to building oversight, service provision, real estate, and construction management for our office spaces and data centers.

SAP's Global Facility Management encompasses all locations in Germany, managing over 50 properties and a total area exceeding 700,000 square meters. This includes the SAP headquarters and various other sites across the country.

Your application should include a cover letter, a structured resume, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcripts, copies of any degrees obtained, and references from previous employers if available. Please also detail your language skills and proficiency in computer programs or programming languages.
