About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the conception and definition of business and sales requirements for our IT systems, with a focus on our Zurich Offer System Motor.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the role of Business Analyst for Frontends with a focus on Motor in agile projects.
  • You will drive concrete initiatives and projects forward in the medium- and long-term planning and actively participate in the consultation of sales channels.
  • You will bundle and network all requirements for sales IT systems.
  • You will work closely with units and interfaces such as IT, Sales Qualification, Sales Concept, Data Protection, and other departments within the Private and Commercial Customers department.

Requirements

  • You have a strong analytical and strategic mindset, as well as a high level of initiative and assertiveness.
  • You have a degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification, or a commercial education or a certification as an insurance expert.
  • You have extensive knowledge of requirements management in business and the application landscape of the Zurich Group Germany, and agile project management is not foreign to you.
  • You have extensive experience in activities at the interface between sales and IT, as well as knowledge of the Zurich Offer Systems.
  • You have excellent moderation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as conceptual skills.
  • You are customer- and result-oriented and convince with your analytical thinking and a confident appearance.
  • You have very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
