Academic Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Faculty Member to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a Lecturer in Engineering Management, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, as well as contributing to the development of our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and assess students in various academic modules, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials, including syllabi and lesson plans, to meet the needs of our students.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Contribute to the development of our academic programs, including curriculum design and implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in engineering management, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching and research.
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees, contributing to the development of academic policies and procedures.
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as research and publication, to maintain and enhance your expertise.
- PhD or PhD candidate in a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience in higher education, with a focus on engineering management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
