Academic Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Faculty Member to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a Lecturer in Engineering Management, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our industry-relevant programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality teaching materials and courses that meet the needs of our students.
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of our academic community through participation in departmental and institutional committees.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching and research skills.
- PhD or PhD candidate in a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience in higher education at the university level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (C2 level).
- Knowledge of German is desirable.
