Your Responsibilities

As an Academic Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a variety of academic settings. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and delivering course materials and lesson plans
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices
  • Providing support and guidance to students outside of class
  • Participating in departmental and institutional committees and initiatives
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD or DBA in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching in higher education at the university level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
