Your Responsibilities
As a Design Steel Construction Intern, you will contribute to exciting projects within our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting calculations and simulations (deflection) based on load conditions for steel structures.
- Applying your theoretical engineering knowledge to practical design challenges.
- Participating in project meetings and collaborating with various departments.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual with the following qualifications:
- Enrolled student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, steel construction, specialized structures, technical mechanics, and materials engineering. Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines is essential.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing; knowledge of FEM analyses is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German or English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain a structured approach, and possess a strong willingness to learn.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills and a willingness to travel occasionally for up to one week.
