Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team at Voith Group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a thesis project related to steel construction, applying your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct calculations and simulations based on load on the bonnet.
- Apply theoretical knowledge from studies in practice.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with various departments.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in engineering, mechanical engineering, design engineering, or similar field.
- Good knowledge of design, steel construction, specialized structures, or technical mechanics and materials engineering.
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines.
- Experience with CAD software and technical drawing.
- Knowledge of FEM analyses is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of German or English, both written and spoken.
- Independent and structured work style, high willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.
