About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to join our team at SYNCREON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
