Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Established in Europe, Picnic is one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies. The company seeks a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to source top talent for the Strategy & Analytics domain and build strong partnerships with STEM universities and student associations across the country.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team and international colleagues to find the best suited talents. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a meaningful impact on our assortment, customers, and overall success.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Finding and hiring exceptional talent across various teams within Strategy & Analytics
- Leading the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to offer negotiation
- Giving sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance, and potential fit for Picnic
- Building a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
- Developing innovative initiatives including sourcing, networking, events set-up, and partnering with relevant universities or associations
We're looking for someone who has successfully completed a Master's degree in a relevant field and has relevant internship or full-time experience as an in-house sourcer/recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- You possess stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and German
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of extracurricular involvement demonstrating curiosity and drive
- You excel at stakeholder management skills
