Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our International Talent Acquisition team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the e-commerce space, leveraging your passion for people and start-up culture.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and hiring exceptional talent across various teams within Strategy & Analytics. You will lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to offer negotiation, and develop innovative initiatives to source top candidates. A key aspect of this role is building strong partnerships with STEM universities and student associations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Finding and hiring exceptional talent across various teams within Strategy & Analytics
  • Leading the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to offer negotiation
  • Giving sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance, and potential fit for Picnic
  • Developing innovative initiatives including sourcing, networking, events set-up, and partnering with relevant universities or associations
About You
  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant internship or full-time experience as in-house sourcer/recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and German
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of extracurricular involvement demonstrating curiosity and drive
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy flexible working hours, 30 vacation days, comprehensive pension plan, laptop, phone, and other essential benefits.
