Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Controller to support our Operations team in Munich or Mannheim. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with finance teams to develop budget and cash flow forecasts based on business and installation plans.
  • Evaluating installation quality in partnership with project managers to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Auditing and verifying invoices from suppliers and installation partners to ensure they match planned hardware and installation efforts and terms of framework contracts.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness and performance of individual projects and providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements based on data analysis.
  • Preparing analyses and decision needs, including recommendations for senior management and C- and board level.
  • Continuously tracking KPIs, implementing and tracking action items, and driving overall process improvements.
  • Integrating all data flows from and to suppliers and installation partners to drive full automation of core data flows and associated controlling processes.
Requirements
  • Profound experience in a controlling or analytical role, with a focus on operations or field services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to analyze data.
  • Strategic thinking, a proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a drive to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to lead meetings, prioritize decisions, and drive process improvements.
  • English required, German is a plus.
