E-Commerce Manager

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Villeroy & Boch. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving our e-commerce strategy and operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy and Operations: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and increase brand visibility.
- Marketing: Implement online marketing campaigns to increase online distribution, product availability, and brand awareness.
- Sales and Revenue: Identify new online marketplaces and negotiate agreements to expand our e-commerce presence.
- Content Management: Oversee content management to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and availability.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field with relevant experience.
- Experience: Proven success in platform and marketplace management.
- Skills: Agile project management methodologies, tools such as SCRUM, Jira, Confluence, and Asana, and experience with Salesforce.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and independent working skills, initiative, teamwork, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
