The Retail Media team, part of Online Marketing, is dedicated to managing Sponsored Product Ads and creating new advertising opportunities to enhance our marketplace's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently assess the potential of our advertising clients and assist key account managers in further developing these relationships.
  • Analyze and evaluate the growth potential of key accounts in alignment with our advertising partners' objectives.
  • Identify untapped growth opportunities within underdeveloped areas and accounts through thorough evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Vendor Management, and Product Marketing to devise strategies that meet targets.
  • Present analytical findings to key clients during meetings, supporting discussions on budget allocations alongside the sales manager.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuously improving performance outcomes.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree in economics, marketing, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
  • Strong interest and several years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, and retail media.
  • Initial experience in data analysis and/or online marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach and strong team orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and tasks with ease.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
