Key Responsibilities

∙ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targeted profit margins within the designated territory;

∙ Maintain consistency in processing production orders to ensure operational efficiency;

∙ Cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or surpass sales objectives;

∙ Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients to showcase our offerings;

∙ Regularly update and manage customer information within the CRM system to ensure accurate records;

∙ Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Additional Information:

• Willingness to travel for business, with at least 50% of time spent on the road;

• Flexibility to move within the country and internationally;

Qualifications

∙ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales;

∙ Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field);

∙ Eagerness to learn about the technical aspects of our products for effective sales;

∙ Proven track record in selling complex equipment to end users;

∙ Experience managing large-scale projects in the B2B sector, particularly with intricate solutions;

∙ Commitment to long-term sales initiatives;

∙ Proficient in English; knowledge of Bulgarian is advantageous;

∙ Strong technical understanding and foundational knowledge of the energy sector and/or electrical systems;

∙ Exceptional communication and presentation skills in a business context;

∙ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask;

∙ Positive attitude, resilience in overcoming challenges, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
