About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our global team of 3,800 committed colleagues at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and collaborating with the project team and Scrum Master to prioritize and scope the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Management: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify user stories, including acceptance criteria.
  • Product Backlog Management: Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Release Planning: Develop and implement release plans, including incremental releases, to meet business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in embedded systems, computer science, or electrical engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of grid-tied power electronic converters.
  • Several years of experience in related topics, including product development for power electronics and mechatronics systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
