Deputy Head of Medical & Healthcare Services KoreaWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Medical & Healthcare Services (MHS) operations in Korea. As the Deputy Head of MHS Korea, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping the future of our MHS division in this dynamic market.
Responsibilities:- Profit Center Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the MHS Korea operation, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. Collaborate with the Director MHS Asia to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with global objectives.
- Business Execution & Growth: Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, driving sales growth, expanding service offerings, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Service Innovation & Expansion: Work closely with the MHS Business Unit management to identify and introduce new services and solutions that meet the evolving needs of domestic and international customers.
- Investment Analysis & Decision-Making: Analyze potential investment opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management based on market research and financial projections.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to TÜV SÜD guidelines, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as medicine, engineering, or business administration.
- Deep understanding of the MHS certification and testing landscape, including industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of success in managing profit centers within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Fluent English is essential; working knowledge of Korean is highly advantageous.
