Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy Head of MHS Korea, you will be responsible for the profit center management, ensuring effective operations and growth.

Your role will involve gathering and evaluating market, industry, competitor, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborating closely with the Director of MHS Asia, you will establish long-term business goals and develop a comprehensive business strategy to maximize market opportunities.

Implementing this strategy will be crucial to achieving business objectives and driving performance.

You will also be tasked with shaping the recruitment and training strategy for MHS Korea, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Coaching team members to unlock their potential will be a key aspect of your leadership approach.

In addition, you will design an onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into the organization.

Working in collaboration with MHS Business Unit management, you will innovate and introduce new services and solutions tailored for both domestic and international clients.

Analyzing and recommending investment opportunities will also fall under your purview, ensuring alignment with TÜV SÜD guidelines and procedures.

Finally, you will undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by your superiors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medical sciences, engineering, or a related discipline.

A strong foundation in MHS certification and testing processes is essential, along with familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

You should be self-driven, resourceful, and exhibit a proactive approach to challenges.

A hands-on mentality and experience in a multinational environment will be advantageous.

Demonstrated capability in strategy development and execution is crucial, as is the ability to identify new opportunities and make informed decisions with limited information.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with fluency in English being essential; knowledge of Korean is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, along with effective presentation abilities, will be key to your success.

Finally, you should possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster partnerships at various organizational levels and exemplify corporate professionalism.

Management Responsibilities
