Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new business and driving partnerships with game studios or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new partners, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
- Proactively reach out to game development studios worldwide to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at game development studios, positioning Nitrado as a trusted partner.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value proposition of our GameFabric platform to potential clients.
- Have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new clients.
- Work with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the sales process addresses client needs and positions Nitrado's solutions effectively.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
- Stay updated on global industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the gaming market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in business development and sales ideally within gaming-related industries, SaaS, or hosting.
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and driving partnerships with game studios or related industries.
- Strong understanding of multiplayer game development process and the challenges faced by studios.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners across different cultures and time zones.
- High level of initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English (native proficiency), preferably also German, other languages are a bonus.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and their applications in the gaming industry, which would be a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with multiplayer game development tools and technologies, which is a plus.
- Understanding different regional gaming markets and cultural nuances, which would be beneficial.
- Existing network of contacts within the game development industry, which would be a great advantage.
