Commercial Management Specialist

As a Commercial Management Specialist at ITL Germany, you will be responsible for managing commercial activities for our PMO role in Germany. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Commercial management, including managing all German communication with vendors and subcontractors (contracts, POs, catalogue services, offer preparation, quality control, submission), about 30 POs and invoices per month for 8 vendors
- Implementing commercial change requests in contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Managing client billing processes, creating supporting documents such as invoice detail statements, acquiring client approvals, and serving as a single point of contact for communication with clients
- Writing and submitting offers for catalog services in the German language (about 10 per month)
- Supporting special tasks that require presence in Munich or German language
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes of employees to the program
- Recording minutes of board meetings with clients and tracking action items of Infosys and clients
- Supporting SLA tracking at the program level
Maintain communication channels and file sharing at the program level.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience in commercial management of customers and partners
- Basic understanding of contract law
- Ability to speak and write German as all contracts and most offers are in German language
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate direct communication with clients
- Ability to attend meetings in Munich at client offices
- Good organization skills
