ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a highly dedicated and structured Talent Management Junior Specialist to join our Talent Management Unit (TMU – G&A) for the Consulting Team. As a key member of the A/C Talent Management Unit, you'll assist a Talent Specialist in supporting our (Junior) Associates and (Junior) Consultants with all relevant HR and career topics. Your service-oriented nature and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously will be invaluable in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in content preparation and follow-up for career development meetings, including the creation of presentations and analyses.
  • Independently coordinate consultant availabilities in the framework of deployment planning (staffing).
  • Administer consultant performance evaluations, serving as a contact for process-related questions, including the use of our data system Workday.
  • Compile and review various HR statistics and summaries, as well as maintain database administration and maintenance.
  • Act as a contact person for HR topics such as vacation.
  • Support HR coworkers with day-to-day operations and contribute to projects in your area of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A successfully completed degree from a (vocational) college or university and/or commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or communication.
  • Initial experience with operational HR work, preferably in an international, service-oriented company (including in the context of your education or training).
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent German and very good written and spoken English language skills.
TEAM AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

You'll be part of a 12-person team based in our Munich and Düsseldorf offices, characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Integrity is our highest priority. You'll report to the responsible Talent Manager, who will support you during your orientation phase and aid in your professional development.
