Senior Program Manager, Artifact Lifecycle

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Artifact Lifecycle team. As a key member of our Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) organization, you will play a critical role in protecting customers, associates, and partners from unsafe products.
About the RoleThe Senior Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and building out business requirements for new, disruptive tech functionalities for external Selling Partners. This includes working closely with Tech, Product, Legal, Selling Partner Experience (SPX), Storage, Supply chain, and Business teams to build out internal technical capabilities that are required to scale processes and tech solutions into new marketplaces across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Define strategies and own the delivery of multiple projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones.
- Leverage a combination of data analysis skills, critical thinking, and collaboration to clarify highly ambiguous problems and present tangible solutions in an easy-to-understand format for leadership teams.
- Partner closely with various Tech, Product, and Science teams to define and lead the integration of novel tech and science solutions within the program.
- Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders, to ensure alignment is maintained across various WW teams.
- Clear, precise, and regular communication with key stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project/program updates.
- Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines.
- Track record of managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs, involving diverse stakeholder groups, in an international setting.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience implementing lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements.
- Experience working with Product teams on scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at problem-solving.
- Designs customer-centric processes, experience with root cause analysis.
