Senior Program Manager, Artifact Lifecycle

This is a senior-level position within the Artifact Lifecycle team, which is a key pillar of the overall Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) organization at Amazon.
The team's mission is to protect the health of associates, customers, and supply chain partners by creating innovative solutions to obtain product artifacts, for compliance evaluation, classification, storage decisions across the catalogue.
The Sr. Risk Manager will be responsible for coordinating and building out business requirements for new, disruptive tech functionalities for external Selling Partners with the overall aim of helping worldwide Selling Partners to become and remain compliant in an efficient and scalable way.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Define strategies and own the delivery of multiple projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones.
- Problem-Solving: Leverage a combination of data analysis skills, critical thinking, and collaboration to clarify highly ambiguous problems and present tangible solutions in an easy-to-understand format for leadership teams.
- Integration and Collaboration: Partner closely with various Tech, Product, and Science teams to define and lead the integration of novel tech and science solutions within the program.
- Reporting and Communication: Develop scalable mechanisms to report regular updates on projects within your ownership to key stakeholders, to ensure alignment is maintained across various WW teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Clear, precise, and regular communication with key stakeholders, including leadership, on ongoing project/program updates.
- Business Metrics: Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
- Compliance Experience: Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management disciplines.
- Program Management: Track record of managing medium to high complexity cross-functional programs, involving diverse stakeholder groups, in an international setting.
- Master's Degree: A master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- PMP Certification: PMP certification or equivalent.
- Lean/Six Sigma: Experience implementing lean/Six Sigma to drive process improvements.
- Product Experience: Experience working with Product teams on scalable technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at problem-solving.
- Customer-Centricity: Designs customer-centric processes, experience with root cause analysis.
