Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international tax issues, including Pillar 2, withholding taxes, tax planning, and audit support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for international tax challenges.
  • Oversee tax risk management and reporting processes effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and various corporate departments.

Expectations:

  • A minimum of several years of corporate tax experience, ideally in an international consultancy or in-house tax position focused on global tax matters.
  • Strong theoretical and practical understanding of international tax regulations and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with a pragmatic mindset when necessary.
  • Service-oriented communication style with stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and refine processes, implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Preferred language skills include native German and proficient English, both written and spoken.
