Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international tax issues, including Pillar 2, withholding taxes, tax planning, audit support, and global tax risk management.
  • Assume responsibility for developing solutions related to international tax matters.
  • Effectively oversee tax risk management and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and various corporate functions.

Expectations:

  • A minimum of several years of corporate tax experience in an international consultancy or in-house tax role focused on international tax issues.
  • Comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of international tax regulations and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining business relationships.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach, with a pragmatic mindset when necessary.
  • Strong service orientation in communication with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to identify necessary process adjustments and implement changes effectively.
  • Preferred language skills: native German and proficient English (both written and spoken).
