Compensation: €100,000 to €120,000 per annum
Are you driven by the challenge of enhancing global pricing strategies? Do you possess a profound understanding of pricing models? Have you successfully implemented pricing transformations in your previous roles?
We are currently seeking a Pricing Excellence Manager for our client, a prominent leader in their industry. This role is pivotal in advancing pricing excellence by consistently refining the performance of pricing operations worldwide through the establishment of pricing standards, utilization of data analytics, and adoption of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the global pricing transformation initiative, promoting the adoption of established pricing standards that bolster profitability and market competitiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights and foster community engagement to enhance pricing strategy optimization.
- Take the lead in expanding pricing initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Oversee pricing project management to ensure smooth and effective progress.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on driving pricing transformation, preferably within an excellence function.
- In-depth knowledge of pricing structures, frameworks, and global governance, coupled with extensive experience in implementing and refining pricing strategies and commercial policies.
- Desirable, but not mandatory - familiarity with market and customer-related data sources and relevant tools such as SAP BW/4HANA, Salesforce, Tableau, and CPQ applications.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders and address complex pricing challenges at various organizational levels.
- Fluency in both German and English.
