Your primary responsibilities will include designing first-party games, collaborating with our Product and Design teams, and working with third-party developers to create high-quality experiences for Soba's portfolio. You'll also contribute to the development of our creation tools roadmap and help improve user-generated games.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of various game mechanics across genres, be able to prioritize tasks and work independently, and have a strong ability to implement gameplay using tools made by our engineers or yourself.

We're a fast-paced and dynamic team that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. If you're passionate about game design, have a hunger for innovation, and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of professional game design experience
* Shipped games from concept to launch
* Experience working with early, fast-iterating product teams
* Right to work in Germany
