At ESL FACEIT Group, we're shaping the future of esports and gaming. We're looking for a highly skilled Associate Special Projects to join our Esports Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects, creating KPI reporting sheets, and managing the tracking of KPI sheets. Your exceptional organizational and time management skills will ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic projects set out by the Esports leadership team.
  • Create KPI reporting sheets and build processes to populate them.
  • Manage KPI sheet tracking, focusing on events calendar, financial performance, viewerships targets, and fan participation.
  • Support and lead the creation of presentations and documentation for key internal meetings.
  • Outreach to stakeholders for reporting needs, collecting information on internal KPIs and esports-related projects.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks for the Esports Leadership team, including documentation, strategic roadmaps, and business plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Associate Special Projects or Assistant to a leadership team or individual.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite digital office products, such as Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Ability to digest and understand reports across various reporting software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, gaming, and esports.
