Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Ace Hires Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project coordination, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with project managers, mechanical engineers, vendors, and EPC contractors to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of mechanical engineering tasks.
- Oversee mechanical design processes, including piping design, component specification, and system integration.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Exhibit strong team leadership and management skills to coordinate with mechanical designers and engineers and facilitate communication with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering coordination, with substantial exposure to power plant design and construction projects.
- Experience in piping design, mechanical component design, and integration of these elements in medium to large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong experience in team management.
- Proficiency in German (min. C1) & English languages.
