Job Description

PS Direkt is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
