Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team at Snop - Groupe FSD. As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers in the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Setup and Maintenance
    • Set up projects in SAP based on tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Demand Management
    • Create demand requirements in the project, working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
    • Monitor and track demand requirements, ensuring timely conversion into orders.
  • Inventory Management
    • Independently handle inventory in the customer portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Verify and manage proof of performance, including goods receipt/delivery documents and delivery notes.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist project managers in financial evaluation, providing data and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Initiate 'start documents' for project managers, using MS Office to create standard documents.
    • Update and maintain project management relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Engage in written and oral correspondence with external and internal interfaces, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university studies (B.A.)
  • Professional experience in a comparable assistant role is desirable
  • Organizational talent and flexibility
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Proactive work approach
  • High level of communication and social skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and conscientious work approach
  • Fluent in German and English; French is advantageous
