Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Oncology Portfolio Specialist

As a Regional Business Manager - Oncology Portfolio Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our oncology portfolio at business-relevant regional stakeholders, fostering holistic partnerships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, networks, and stakeholders in the oncology business, building strong relationships and expanding business volume.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies, supporting the growth of our oncology portfolio.
  • Manage and steer all x-functional activities at the area-level oncology customers, ensuring seamless communication and interaction.
  • Develop and implement support projects for various stakeholder groups, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze sales trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, ensuring up-to-date information and effective communication.
  • Participate in conferences and projects, sharing expertise and contributing to the development of our oncology portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical-technical assistant, or certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Established connections with oncology customers and stakeholders, opinion leaders, and relevant networks.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting marketing activities and project management.
  • Experience in specialist and clinic field service in the pharmaceutical field, particularly with biologicals or biosimilars.
  • Excellent customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German and English, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
