Your Mission

think-cell Software GmbH is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Manager to manage our Go-to-Market activities in Spain / LATAM. This role is unique in its scope, encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The primary focus will be on driving user growth through sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
  • Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
  • Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach, customized to the individual customer.
  • Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
  • Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials.
  • Localize and run marketing campaigns with support from our central team.
  • Enable post-deal product adoption, including trainings supported by a central enablement team.
  • Monitor customer health and detect and prevent churn.
Your Profile
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role in SaaS / software or tech company, ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting.
  • University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field.
  • Local work experience in Spain / LATAM.
  • Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers.
  • Understanding of common GTM tools, such as Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Appreciation of our product and willingness to understand think-cell's product.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional European language a plus.
