EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our partner in the energy industry at their Heilbronn location.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the EHS management system, including policies, risk assessments, training, inspections, and audits.
• Review and update EHS plans in collaboration with project and site management to maintain the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Analyze EHS trends and report findings to site management to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage EHS documentation, including incident reporting and analysis, to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Develop and implement effective EHS communication strategies to ensure all on-site personnel are informed and engaged.
• Support emergency planning, safety programs, and access control to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide expert advice on EHS legal aspects and regulatory changes to site management.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and EHS audits to drive excellence and compliance.

• A degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations, standards, and laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• An independent, structured working style, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
