Job Description

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our GeoDin team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value, funded, turn-key geo-data solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of geo-data solutions, ensuring projects meet client needs and company standards.
  • Work closely with the Client Excellence Lead to setup client-specific proposals that deliver client value.
  • Manage and prioritize team activities in line with the commercial backlog and strategic objectives.
  • Provide inspiration and progressive thinking to evolve GeoDin for the future.
  • Oversee the setup and deployment of configurations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the configuration and ongoing management of databases to support scalable and robust data solutions.
  • Develop object types, data models, and reporting templates to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or client success roles, ideally within the geotechnical or geospatial sectors.
  • Expertise in deploying and managing geospatial and/or geotechnical data solutions.
  • Knowledge of GeoDin or similar applications, considered a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects.
  • Technical proficiency in GIS, database management tools, and CRM systems.
