**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth
* Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to ensure campaign goals are met
* Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities
* Manage customer journeys from planning to follow-up
* Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and manage marketing project budgets
* Create reports and provide strategic recommendations for the team
* Ensure optimal resource allocation and communicate effectively with all departments
* Develop risk management strategies and establish standards for future campaigns
* Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement opportunities

**Requirements:**

* Several years of experience in strategic marketing planning and project management
* Proven track record of successfully executing complex marketing projects
* Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing analysis and KPI tracking
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to develop new and groundbreaking marketing strategies
* Excellent proficiency in German and English (C1), spoken and written
